Apparently, directions that involve "while shaping x, at the same time shape y" over many sizes is even more a headache to write than it is to knit. At the moment, I'm just trying to get the numbers straight and organized so I can make a nice little schematic and do some double-checking. Making it easy to follow will be even more work, but I will get there in the end!
Since I can't make the above project any less vague, and can't show you even a bit of it, I will offer this as a distraction before I get back to crunching numbers:
Sorry so blurry, but the sock really is that bright. I figure my nephew needs neon socks for his birthday. The contrasting colour is much more purply in person.
Back to the math!

ReplyDeleteIt is! Sour Apple and I think the other is called Vibrant Violet, which is definitely a deeper colour in person. I will have to take better photos when they are all done!
